One of our core facilities is the Research and Development Laboratory. It is located in Nervian in Milan and focuses exclusively on developing the compositions of Functional mixes based on hydrocolloids.

Our team can not only develop the most appropriate customised mixture, but it can also test its functionality in a corresponding test laboratory. In the laboratory, our specialists can create conditions corresponding to those of the production process, and in this trial production plant we can test the developed product and then submit a sample of the final product to the client.
